Returns & replacement
If a chip doesn't read once it reaches you, email support@zapcard.com.au and we'll send one free replacement under the 1-year warranty, no need to return the old card. Every card is read-tested before it ships.
1-year warranty
Every card carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and chip faults, one free replacement card. It doesn't cover wear and tear or physical damage such as snapping or cracking, treat it like any premium card.
